Etta Jones Daly is the daughter of TV host Carson Daly and his wife, producer Siri Pinter, and the granddaughter of actor Mark Pinter -- an impressive legacy of showbiz talent.
Pretty Etta Jones Daly is still very young, but if genes are anything to go by, she may one day be a star --it's in her DNA. Her parents are in show business, and her maternal grandfather is a well-known actor.
Etta's parents are obviously crazy about their daughter. Fans have caught intriguing glimpses of the pre-teen on Siri and Carson's social media accounts and want to know more.

Etta's dad is a TV host, an actor, a radio personality, and a producer. Carson Daly was born in Santa Monica, California, on June 22, 1973. Carson started as a radio DJ at a Southern California station and then became a VJ for MTV on "Total Request Live."
He then joined NBC, where he first tried his hand as a TV host for "Last Call with Carson Daly," a late-night talk show he also produced.
In May 2012, Carson and Siri announced that they were expecting a baby, and on September 6 of the same year, Etta Jones Daly made her entrance into the world.
Carson is a co-host on NBC's iconic "Today," and since 2011, he has been the host of one of the most popular talent shows of all time, the voice. He is an avid golfer and wanted to become a priest when he was in high school.
Etta's mom is TV producer and food blogger, Siri Pinter. Siri was born in Los Angeles on February 4, 1981, the daughter of "All My Children" and " Another World" actor Mark Pinter.
Siri was an assistant producer and is best known for her work on the hit comedy "Frasier," in 1993, starring Kelsey Grammer, and the short-lived 2005 sitcom "Committed" with Josh Cooke and Jennifer Finnigan.
She is also a fabulous cook and foodie with a successful blog and the best-selling author of "Siriously Delicious: 100 Nutritious (and Not So Nutritious) Simple Recipes for the Real Home Cook." Siri often guests on "Today" in the food section alongside her husband, so it's all in the family.

Birth of Etta Jones
In May 2012, Carson and Siri announced that they were expecting a baby, and on September 6 of the same year, Etta Jones Daly made her entrance into the world.
The day before, Siri had decided to "hurry" birth by making and eating a "maternity salad," which was believed to induce labor. According to Carson, the salad worked, and contractions started. Etta was on her way. Carson said:
“Tonight at 5:15 p.m. we welcomed the latest addition to our family. Etta Jones Daly weighs 8 lbs. and is beautiful!”
The doting dad was delighted and praised Siri for her courage, calling her a "rock star." Etta is the couple's second child and first daughter, and his parents couldn't be prouder.

Carson was once engaged to "American Pie" actress Tara Reid, dated Jennifer Love Hewitt, and rumors linked him to "Moves Like Jagger" singer Christina Aguilera.
He met Siri in 2005 when she was working as a writer's assistant on his show, "Last Call With Carson Daly," Whenever Siri was in the room, Carson couldn't take his eyes off her.
Carson often praises his wife on social media calling her "the most incredible wife, mom, and life partner."
The two started dating and, in 2009, welcomed their first child, Jackson. In 2011, the couple got engaged, welcomed Etta in 2012, their third child London in 2014, and finally married on December 23, 2015.
The wedding was a surprise for their guests, who thought they were attending a Christmas party. But it hasn't all been roses for Siri and Carson.
In 2017, Carson's mother succumbed to a sudden heart attack, and just five weeks later, his stepfather passed away, a victim of bone cancer. Siri wrote:
"I am constantly in awe of my husband’s strength. His faith and his sweet, unconditional love for his family never falter, even amid his overwhelming grief,”
The couple is devoted to each other, and Carson often praises his wife on social media, calling her "the most incredible wife, mom, and life partner."
Etta Has a Bunch of Siblings
Carson and Siri love children, so Etta is one of four Daly kids. Her big brother Jackson James Daly was born on March 15, 2009, and her younger sister London Rose Daly in August 2014, when Etta was two. Carson revealed:
"Watching Jack and Etta meet their new sister was like watching a scene in a movie, directed by God."
But Siri and Carson weren't quite done yet. In September 2020, at the height of the Covid pandemic, they welcomed their fourth child, Goldie Patricia Daly.
Carson announced Goldie's arrival on Instagram and shared a photo of Siri in her facemask, holding her newborn daughter. The TV host gave a shoutout to his brave wife and to all the people who had helped them during the difficult situation.
The couple later revealed that Goldie's name was chosen to celebrate the TV host's newly discovered Irish heritage which was confirmed through a DNA test.
The Daly family is dedicated to each other, and Carson often shares photos of his lovely family and their activities on his Instagram account.
So far, Etta now has two little sisters and a big brother, and it remains to be seen if her parents decide to give parenthood another try and go for their fifth or sixth child.
