Michael Strahan's daughter Tanita looked hot in a new video as she showed off her impressive abs during a workout session. The 29-year-old's workouts included some stunning yoga moves and a special feature.
NFL legend Michael Strahan is a proud father of four amazing kids, including daughter Tanita. The internet personality is the first child born to the sports analyst and his ex-wife Wanda Hutchins.
She recently wowed fans with a glimpse into her morning workout session. Tanita shared the video on Instagram, and it has racked up to five hundred and fifty views.

TANITA'S WORKOUT VIDEO
The video featured the 29-year-old, dressed in a marine blue crop top and peach shorts, putting her toned midriff on display. Tanita appeared stunning, with her afro puffs styled into three knots as she practiced the expert moves.
The session began with the starlet hopping onto her purple yoga mat with her hands crossed as if in prayer. She then bent halfway, placing her palm on her knee before lying flat on the mat.
At some point, the youngster did some stretches, balanced on each leg, and finally lay flat on the mat, facing upward with her arms stretched out.
As she lay panting, her cute little cat made its special feature in the video, sniffing Tanita's face and outstretched arm. Michael Strahan's daughter included the caption:
"Good morning #yogaflow."
The morning workout seemed to be done in Tanita's room, making the furniture pieces and accessories visible in the background.

Tanita made headlines in July when her dad shared a picture of one of the pieces from her art collection, professing how proud he was of her. The proud dad also disclosed that her work was officially on sale on her website Tanitagallery.com.
Following the heartfelt promotion of his daughter's work, several fans poured out support for the youngster, commending her unique talent in the arts.
Tanita's website describes her as a visual artist versed in acrylic, gouache, ink, watercolor, photography, and graphic design.
Aside from her beautiful artistic skills, the Los Angeles-based icon has her own podcast, "The Infinite Finesse" Podcast. Additionally, she holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising before pursuing her art degree.

Michael Strahan has a blended family comprising four kids. The former NFL player is exceptionally proud of his kids, acknowledging them as the source of his strength.
