This was the case over the weekend when the renowned model took to Instagram to celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary with a special shoutout to her man.
Another story saw a photo of [Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber] anniversary cake, which was baked by their 18-year-old daughter Kaia Gerber.
Crawford marked the special moment with a throwback photo of her and Rande feeding each other cake to the delight of their loved ones from their 1988 wedding. She recounted their special memory, writing:
“22 years ago we went to the Bahamas with a group of family and friends to celebrate saying “I do! I love you and the life we have together.”
She ended the tribute thanking her man for “doing this thing called life with me” and confessed that she couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else.
Gerber also posted a lovely tribute of his own on Instagram, uploading an old photo of Cindy in a white bikini seating on his lap. His simple, sweet message read:
“22 years ago, I convinced @cindycrawford to fly away with me, and I haven’t let go since. Happy Anniversary.”
People Magazine notes that Crawford didn’t stop at the Instagram post as she took to her story to give fans updates of how the celebration went.
She shared that Gerber sent her flowers on their special day with a photo of the bouquet sitting pretty beside a framed photo of them.
Another story saw a photo of their anniversary cake, which was baked by their 18-year-old daughter Kaia Gerber. It was a coconut-coated cake with their original wedding toppers as a decoration.
This comes after the lovebirds celebrated Valentine’s Day with a romantic dinner, as reported by the Daily Mail. The duo showed they were truly in love at South Beverly Grill as they walked arm in arm. Crawford showed off her banging body in jeans and a leopard printed blouse underneath a leather jacket.
The pair, who tied the knot in 1998 and have two children, never shy away from showing off each other on social media as she jumped on the recent viral first date challenge on Instagram, per People Magazine.
