Legendary comedian Cedric the Entertainer and George Lopez recently clocked a new year, and they decided to celebrate their birthdays together despite the lockdown.

Taking to their respective accounts, the duo sent happy birthday wishes to each other while appreciating what the other person stands for.
“Happy Birthday to my dawg! @georgelopez... O.G...May your mustache, only catch the icing of your favorite treat...”
The image he shared was of himself and George with their arms around each other’s shoulder while smiling and making goofy faces for the camera.
On the other hand, George shared a picture of himself and Cedric holding shots of drinks while hanging out together and maintaining physical distancing.
George also took a swipe at the President.
The picture George shared showed both of them sitting across from each other with decorations around. He captioned his post, “Physically distant.. Socially CHINGON!! My brother @cedtheentertainer came through, and we toasted to #Cumpleaños ?.”
Fans and lovers of the comedians took to the comments section of both Cedric’s and George’s post to wish them well. They, however, advised that both men keep to the rules of lockdown gatherings to avoid the spread of the virus. In their defense, someone said:
“See... I think gatherings like that is ok... HBD... cheers?.”
Earlier in the year, George Lopez had come under fire after he made a joke about killing President Donald Trump when the Iran-America saga was ongoing.
George had commented that he would do it for half the 80 million dollar bounty that was promised, and people were not having it as they asked for him to be investigated.
Although his spokesmen cleared the air and said it was all a joke, people could not find it funny as making such a statement was considered a threat.
Last year, George also took a swipe at the President for his immigration laws by calling his wife Melania and ex-wife Ivana “immigrants” and their children “anchor baby.”
Although the beef between George Lopez and President Trump might be brewing, the comedian is undoubtedly glad to enjoy his day of birth with those he loves.
