Here's what you should know about Donald Trump's in-laws, Viktor and Amalija Knavs, who met in 1966.
Melania's father, Viktor, was from the nearby town of Radeče, a small town in the Lower Sava Valley in eastern Slovenia. He managed car and motorcycle dealerships for a state-owned vehicle manufacturer.

Meanwhile, Amalija, Melania's mother, came from the village of Raka, a village in the Municipality of Krško in eastern Slovenia. She worked as a patternmaker at the children's clothing manufacturer Jutranjka in Sevnica.
Melania has an older sister, Ines, who is an artist, and an older half-brother from her father's past relationship.
A year ago, Viktor and Amalija swore an oath of citizenship in a naturalization ceremony in New York. The couple had previously lived on green cards sponsored by Melania.
Viktor and Amalija frequently travel with the first family, and they also attend events in the White House regularly.
The couple, who are apparently close to their grandchild, Barron Trump, still maintain close ties to their hometown in Slovenia.

Much the same as Melania, Amalija also has perfect styling, great makeup, fashionable, and marvelous garments. The two often wear similar glasses. Another thing in common is their love of heels.
